Saturn is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own multiple product areas end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes. You will lead PMs while collaborating closely with the CEO, engineers, partnerships, and associate product managers to ship high-impact features.

This founder-level role sits within an AI-native platform for financial advice, uniting a living data model, AI agents, and embedded compliance.

Formación

• PM experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS, with shipped products in market.
• AI-native product experience, core AI not bolt-on.
• Discuss AI architecture trade-offs and prompts behavior.
• Discovery research that changed what got built and why.
• Commercial focus: retention, expansion & revenue.
• Self-sufficient with data; design experiments.
• Strong written PRDs to reduce meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Owning the product strategy and a rolling 3–6 month roadmap for AI agents that automate advice workflows.
• Translating agentic and LLM capabilities into trusted, auditable experiences for regulated work.
• Running independent discovery with advisers and paraplanners to turn pain into product direction.
• Prioritising ruthlessly across features, bugs, and quality with clear specs for engineers to ship.
• Balancing enterprise partner demands with product coherence and go-to-market sequencing.
• Treating go-to-market as part of the build and shipping features that land.
• Coaching PMs and building scalable product frameworks as the function grows.
