Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Principal Offshore Structural Engineer to lead delivery of complex offshore wind foundation projects from our UK offices. You will coordinate a small team of offshore structural engineers, ensuring designs meet client requirements and applicable standards for monopiles, jackets or floating systems.

You will apply advanced analysis techniques (pile-soil interaction, time-domain analyses) and mentor junior engineers while contributing to the growth of our digital

Qualifications

Chartered engineer with offshore structural design experience.
Proven track record in offshore wind foundations and subsea infrastructure.
Experience leading small teams and delivering within budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of offshore structural design packages for wind farm projects.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet customer requirements and standards.
Provide technical leadership on monopile, jacket, or floating foundation concepts.
