Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Principal Offshore Structural Engineer to coordinate delivery of global offshore wind projects across conceptual to detailed design stages. You will lead a small team of offshore structural engineers, ensuring outputs meet customer requirements and project quality plans.

The role focuses on fixed and floating foundations, including monopiles, jackets, or floating systems, with expertise in PISA soil analysis and time-domain loading.

Qualifications

• Chartered engineer with offshore wind experience and ability to lead a small team.
• Experience in OWF foundation design and familiarity with offshore regulations and codes.
• Proficiency with ANSYS, SESAM, SACS and STAAD.Pro.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of offshore wind project packages from concept to detailed design.
• Lead a small team of offshore structural engineers and ensure work meets project quality plans.
• Design and analyse fixed and floating offshore wind structures and foundations.
