Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Bristol is seeking a versatile Project Manager to lead the delivery of multidisciplinary offshore wind projects. You will manage engineering and consultancy services from early feasibility through FEED, detailed design, construction support and operational readiness in an Owner's Engineer or EPCm environment.

You will build strong client relationships, develop budgets, monitor costs, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure safety, quality and schedule targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering offshore wind projects within a developer, Owner's'Engineer, consultancy, EPC, or major contractor environment.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary engineering projects through multiple project stages including FEED and detailed design.
• Strong understanding of offshore wind project lifecycles and development processes.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, and risks.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, and motivating diverse teams.
• You should demonstrate experience in one or more of the following areas: Offshore substations, Foundations and offshore structures, Floating offshore wind, Export and inter-array cables, Grid connection infrastructure, Onshore substations, Marine operations and installation, Asset integrity and operational support, Renewable energy project development.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multidisciplinary offshore wind projects from feasibility through FEED and detailed design.
• Manage engineering and consultancy services in Owner's Engineer, Technical Advisor, or EPCm settings.
• Develop budgets, track forecast vs actual, and control costs.
• Build relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders with confidence.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule objectives are met across projects.
