Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for leading and delivering technically excellent mechanical designs on a wide range of complex projects. This is a key leadership position that blends technical delivery, client engagement, and team development, with the chance to play an integral role in both local and national schemes.

What we are looking for

• A proven background in building services mechanical design, ideally within a consultancy environment
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and wider mechanical services
• Experienced leading projects and coordinating input across disciplines
• Strong communicator with excellent client-facing skills
• Proficient in industry-standard tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
• Familiar with UK Building Regulations and relevant British Standards
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement
• Experience across sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, or science & research is beneficial
