Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the full SDLC including design, development, testing, and operations.
• Expert knowledge with server-side languages and frameworks (e.g. Java/SpringBoot).
• Experience building solutions on at least one Cloud platform (e.g. AWS) using REST/GraphQL and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
• Experience designing and leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled development practices across teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to break down complex problems into technical specs for an engineering team.
• Lead and participate in technical meetings to influence technology strategy and product decisions.
• Architect and govern agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Design and implement secure, high-quality Java solutions and review code end-to-end.
• Apply tools in the SDLC and AI-assisted development to improve automation and value.
• Support products through their life cycle, including production and incident management.
• Contribute to engineering communities of practice and events.
