You will guide teams, craft high-quality production code, and champion AI-assisted engineering practices, while shaping design decisions and technical operations across multiple applications.

The role requires strong OO skills in Scala/Java/Python, cloud-native experience, and a track record of leadership in agile environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering system design, development, testing and operations.
• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• Advanced in one or more programming languages.
• Experience leading enterprise AI-assisted development tools and governance.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
• Ability to work independently with little oversight.
• Practical cloud native experience.
• Strong OO programming skills in Scala, Java, Python.
• Familiar with Git, Jira and Agile processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
