Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in Java and building large-scale production applications.
• Hands-on experience deploying cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Experience leading CI/CD pipelines and enterprise engineering practices.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and evaluating AI outputs for quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable Java-based applications meeting complex enterprise requirements across domains.
• Lead architecture and implementation of cloud-native solutions on AWS for high availability, security, and performance.
• Drive adoption and improvement of CI/CD pipelines for faster, reliable software delivery.
• Promote enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation and value realization.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and establish engineering best practices to elevate quality and consistency.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering learning, ownership, and technical growth.
