Job summary

SystemsAccountants is hiring a Principal Recruiter to focus on our ERP team, joining a fast-growing, consultative recruitment firm with a 27-year track record. You will lead 360 recruitment activities, build deep client relationships, and drive revenue growth in a niche technology market.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end or ERP recruitment is preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-growth, consultative environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake 360 recruitment activities for ERP clients and candidates.
• Develop relationships with clients and candidates to drive repeat business.
• Create and execute targeted recruitment campaigns and marketing materials.
