Prospero Group in Bristol is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team and drive growth across schools staffing. You will manage a temporary staffing desk and build strong relationships with clients while sourcing education professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools to maximise repeat business.
• Source, interview, and register education professionals (teachers, TAs, support staff).
• Manage recruitment cycle from client engagement to candidate placement, including scheduling and coordinating bookings.
• Provide consultative advice on recruitment trends, salary benchmarking, and terms of business.

Prospero Group are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our brilliant Bristol team!

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and grow a temporary staffing desk, supplying teachers, teaching assistants and support staff to primary, secondary, and specialist schools.

What You'll Do:

• Business Development: Proactively develop new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop strong and lasting relationships with schools. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to maximise repeat business and identify additional staffing opportunities
• Candidate Sourcing: Source, interview, and register high-quality education professionals, including teachers, teaching assistants, cover supervisors, and support staff.
• End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the recruitment cycle from initial client engagement through to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates. Coordinate daily bookings, last-minute cover requests, and emergency staffing requirements efficiently.
• Consultative Expertise: be an expert in your area and advise clients on recruitment trends, salary benchmarking, and solutions. Negotiate rates, terms of business, and placement details with clients and candidates
