Qualifications
- Electrical Building Services Design experience.
- Experience leading projects and managing project delivery.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing skills.
- Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
- Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent professional recognition).
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical building services design on a range of complex projects.
- Oversee the production and review of calculations, specifications and technical reports.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Support project planning, resource management and commercial performance.
- Mentor and develop Engineers, Graduates and Technicians.
- Contribute to bids, proposals and business development initiatives.
- Promote quality, compliance and technical best practice across the team.
