Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead complex MEP design projects from concept through delivery. Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in an engineering discipline.
• Significant experience delivering complex MEP design projects.
• Strong knowledge of codes, standards, regulations and best practice.
• Experience using Amtech, Dialux, AutoCAD or similar.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex technical information.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to project delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, schedules and change control.
• Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership.

Essential Skills

• Degree or diploma in an engineering discipline (BSc/BEng or HND/HNC).
• Significant experience delivering complex MEP design projects across a range of building types.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, regulations, and industry best practice.
• Experience using engineering design software such as Amtech, Dialux, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex technical information effectively.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to successful project delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, schedules, and change control processes.
• You may be a Chartered Engineer or actively working towards chartership.
