Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking a senior Electrical Engineer to lead projects from conception to delivery across building and infrastructure sectors. You will guide design teams, interact with clients and multidisciplinary groups, and ensure technical excellence.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to business development, and uphold the company values while driving project success in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in an engineering discipline and Chartered status or working towards chartership is welcome.
• Extensive experience delivering complex MEP design projects across building types is essential.
• Strong knowledge of codes, standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex technical information.

Responsibilities

• Degree or diploma in an engineering discipline (BSc/BEng or HND/HNC).
• Significant experience delivering complex MEP design projects across a range of building types.

• Experience using engineering design software such as Amtech, Dialux, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex technical information effectively.

• You may be a Chartered Engineer or actively working towards chartership.
