Principal Electrical Engineer - Building Services, Plymouth

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our client's Plymouth office, conveniently located with access to public transport. The client is a multi-award-winning Building Services Consultancy specializing in Mechanical, Public Health, and Sustainable Design Services, providing national coverage across these areas.

As an associate/principal, you will manage a team of engineers and assist the Director in delivering projects across various sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Education, Sports & Leisure, Healthcare, Residential, Government, and Custodial & Defence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, overseeing team workload and quality.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Manage engineers and technicians daily, including appraisals, training, and development.
• Support the Director at local marketing events.
• Maintain PRDB for effective project and cost monitoring.
