Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Principal EIA Consultant to lead environmental assessment and consenting workstreams for nationally significant infrastructure projects in the UK. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, provide strategic advice to clients, and help secure consents for sustainable development across energy, water and transport sectors.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and environmental coordination on infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of environmental assessment methodologies and UK environmental legislation.
Experience with UK planning and consenting frameworks, including DCO and Town & Country Planning.

Responsibilities

Lead environmental assessment and consenting workstreams for major projects.
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and provide strategic client advice.
Develop and maintain trusted client relationships to influence outcomes.
