• Chartered status or on track to achieve Chartered Ecologist.

• Steer strategic direction for the Birmingham ecology team and contribute to UK-wide leadership.
• Provide high-quality ecological advice to clients, regulators and stakeholders.
• Build strong client relationships and lead bid opportunities for new work.
• Lead mentoring and development of team members with a proactive approach.
• Apply expertise in EIA, Habitats Regulations Assessment and Biodiversity Net Gain.
• Design and oversee ecological monitoring and surveys; collaborate across disciplines.
