• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including negotiations and onboarding
• Maintain expertise on technology trends, market news, and strategies
• Build a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Establish reputation as a market leader
• Grow sales revenue within your vertical market and expand client relationships
• Report weekly on successes, challenges, and market insights

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in Cyber Security/IT recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in cold calling, acquiring, and developing client relationships
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Passion and knowledge of the recruitment market
• Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including securing exclusivity
