Cyber Security Principal Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a Cyber Security Principal Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic team focused on financial services, trading, and hedge funds. This role offers an opportunity to influence the cyber security recruitment landscape and develop your career within a reputable firm.

About the Company

• Established 4 years ago with a strong presence in Investment Banking and Trading across NYSE, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
• Growing Cyber Security practice serving high-profile clients, including stock exchanges.

The Role

Responsibilities include:

• Managing cyber security perm recruitment with a focus on senior roles such as CSO, Head of Cyber, SOC Leads, IAM, PAM, etc.
• Engaging with enterprise, ecommerce, FTSE, or FS clients, primarily end users.
• Developing and maintaining a portfolio of 5-10 consistent clients with a relationship-led, repeat business approach.
• Collaborating within a team environment to cross-sell services and build a strong network.
• Optionally leading a team with P&L responsibility for those ready to step into leadership roles.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3+ years’ billing experience in cyber security recruitment.
• Strong network and proven delivery capability.
• Reliable, relationship-focused, and commercially minded.
• Comfortable in a high-performance, no-nonsense environment.
• Open to remote/hybrid working; team split between London and Dubai.

Compensation & Progression

• Base salary DOE, with room for discussion.
• Equity opportunities via an EM&I scheme.
• Part of a business aiming to double revenue and potentially exit in 3–5 years.
