Experis is seeking a Principal Consultant / Senior Business Technology Analyst to lead a major wealth management transformation programme in London. This senior, hands-on role blends business analysis, technology delivery and programme leadership to shape complex requirements and drive outcomes.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, architects, engineers and risk/compliance teams to manage dependencies, risks and governance across multiple strategic initiatives, delivering tangible business

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience delivering complex business and technology change within Wealth Management / Financial Services.
• Proven ability to shape ambiguous problems and drive delivery across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, risk, and technology functions.
• Experience leading large-scale regulatory remediation or transformation programmes.

Aufgaben

• Translate objectives into delivery-ready technology requirements.
• Produce BRs, user stories, acceptance criteria and process docs.
• Build and maintain delivery plans, milestones, risks and logs.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across teams.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges while maintaining momentum.
• Provide governance updates and risk management support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver outcomes.
