You will shape complex requirements, drive delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure successful outcomes across multiple strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders, architects, engineers, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Produce business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Build and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision logs.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across business, data, engineering, and platform teams.
• Facilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk, and compliance functions.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges while maintaining programme momentum.
• Provide clear reporting, governance updates, and risk management support.
• Work alongside internal teams and external partners to deliver business outcomes.
• Extensive experience delivering complex business and technology change within Wealth Management / Financial Services.
• Background as a Principal Consultant, Senior Business Analyst, Technology Delivery Lead, Programme Manager, or similar role.
• Strong experience in regulatory, remediation, or large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to shape ambiguous problems and drive delivery across multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, business analysis, planning, governance, and dependency management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology functions.
• Understanding of data platforms, integrations, APIs, and enterprise technology environments.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Investment Management.
• Experience with regulatory change, customer outcomes, or conduct risk programmes.
• Knowledge of cloud‑based data platforms, Snowflake and SQL.
• Experience working within complex multi‑vendor delivery environments.
