Experis is seeking a Principal Consultant / Senior Business Technology Analyst to lead a major wealth management transformation programme in London. This senior, hands-on role blends business analysis, technology delivery and programme leadership to shape complex requirements and drive outcomes.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, architects, engineers and risk/compliance teams to manage dependencies, risks and governance across multiple strategic initiatives, delivering tangible business

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant / Senior Business Technology Analyst to join a major financial services transformation programme. This is a senior, hands-on role combining business analysis, technology delivery, and programme leadership. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to shape complex requirements, drive delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure successful outcomes across multiple strategic initiatives. You will be a senior, hands-on delivery professional who combines strong business analysis skills with proven programme delivery capability. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, architects, engineers, and business leaders, you will be able to operate autonomously, solve complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into clear, delivery-ready technology requirements.
• Produce business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Build and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision logs.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across business, data, engineering, and platform teams.
• Facilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk, and compliance functions.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges while maintaining programme momentum.
• Provide clear reporting, governance updates, and risk management support.
• Work alongside internal teams and external partners to deliver business outcomes.

Essential Experience

• Extensive experience delivering complex business and technology change within Wealth Management / Financial Services.
• Experience
• Background as a Principal Consultant, Senior Business Analyst, Technology Delivery Lead, Programme Manager, or similar role.
• Strong experience in regulatory, remediation, or large-scale transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to shape ambiguous problems and drive delivery across multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, business analysis, planning, governance, and dependency management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology functions.
• Understanding of data platforms, integrations, APIs, and enterprise technology environments.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Investment Management.

Desirable Experience

• Financial services consulting background.
• Experience with regulatory change, customer outcomes, or conduct risk programmes.
• Salesforce programme experience.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, Snowflake and SQL.
• Portfolio Management.
• Experience working within complex multi-vendor delivery environments.
