Job summary

Experis is seeking two senior Lead Business Analysts / Transformation Consultants to support a major UK financial services transformation. You will engage with senior stakeholders, shape requirements from discovery to delivery and drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving program.

You should bring extensive experience in financial services, strong analytical capability, and a hands-on mindset to deliver clear, practical solutions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Lead Business Analyst, Principal BA, Senior Transformation Consultant or similar.
• Strong banking/regulated financial services background.
• Experience in Financial Crime or Enterprise Risk/GRC transformation.
• Proven ability to work independently with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Experience shaping problems where initial scope is unclear or evolving.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business analysis across a major transformation programme.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams.
• Own ambiguous business challenges and define requirements beyond documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions and translate objectives into solutions.
• Perform hands-on analysis including process mapping, data investigation and SQL.
• Define functional, data, integration and reporting requirements.
• Produce high-quality requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify dependencies, risks and opportunities across workstreams.
• Collaborate with technology, engineering and delivery teams to enable implementation.
• Drive activities independently with pace, quality and stakeholder alignment.
