Co-Lead Legal R2R | Representing Experienced Talent at Contingent & Executive Search Level

Principal, Inhouse Legal Recruitment - 70k Base plus Sign on/Guarantee

An opportunity for you to inherit a £750k Legal desk as the predecessor has moved internally. Take on an extensive amount of active mandates, meaning you can make money from day one!

You will be placing at General Counsel and Senior Counsel, with average fees of £40k, into an already well-established client base across Financial Services & Commerce, boasting a fantastic track record of prior placements.

You will be mentored by an 18+ years experienced Inhouse specialist, Billing £600k personally, renowned for developing £800k+ operators. By joining earlier into their venture you'll be the right-hand, meaning you'll see a significant payout from their third PE event in 2028.
