Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a civil engineering and construction background to lead high-profile infrastructure schemes within our Residential Development team in the United Kingdom. You will deliver projects from inception to completion, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and local authorities.

You will manage NEC4 and JCT contracts, control scope, programme and budget, and promote best-for-project governance while maintaining a strong on-site presence

Qualifications

• Civil engineering background is essential and you will have experience in project, contract or construction management.
• Proven track record delivering infrastructure projects with NEC4/JCT contracts.
• Eligible for Security Clearance and able to commute to Aldershot, Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and stakeholder management to drive project delivery.
• Define scope, schedule and budget across RIBA stages and procurement.
• Administer NEC4/JCT contracts and manage costs, forecasting and billing.
• Oversee civil infrastructure works including highways and utilities and coordination of design teams.
• Ensure quality, information and governance through a Common Data Environment.
