Spectrum IT is seeking a hands-on Principal Software Developer to stay close to the code while shaping architecture and technical direction on a large, high‑throughput platform in telecoms and online payments.

You’ll lead a 16‑strong R&D team, mentor engineers, work with Azure, microservices and event‑driven patterns, and collaborate with customers to turn requirements into robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Java/Kotlin backend development with JVM 11+
• Experience building enterprise-grade REST APIs and microservices
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and event-driven architecture
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud deployments
• Ability to influence architecture and engineering standards
