AtkinsRéalis in Sheffield is seeking a Principal/Associate Director Wastewater Hydraulic Modeller to lead hydraulic modelling frameworks and support projects across the UK water sector.

You will drive delivery, quality assurance, staff development, and innovative solutions, partnering with clients and internal teams to meet regulatory standards. The role offers hybrid working culture and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Understanding of UK Water Industry and regulatory issues.
• Proven track record in coordinating and delivering technically excellent projects.
• Expertise using InfoWorks ICM and ICM Exchange.
• Expertise in hydraulic modelling, catchment planning and solution development.
• Ability to review work of others to provide quality assurance and drive continuous improvement in work delivered to the client.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Expertise in MS 365 applications, and knowledge of PowerBI and SharePoint.
• Experience working with software such as FME, Optimatics, Ruby (or similar) would be advantageous.
• Relevant degree or vocational qualification.
• Chartered with a relevant professional institution (e.g., ICE or CIWEM) would be advantageous.

Role Responsibilities
