Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI systems from development to production in a real organisation.
• Experience owning technical direction and architecture decisions.
• Hands-on with production code and pairing with engineers.
• Experience leading delivery teams and mentoring engineers.
• Technical leadership in client engagements with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of complex AI engagements or multiple concurrent engagements, making architecture calls and accountable for production quality.
• Set architectural patterns for agentic systems at scale, including state and memory design, failure modes and recovery.
• Design and build production agentic AI systems: multi-agent orchestration, autonomous agent workflows, tool-use patterns, reliability layer for enterprise environments.
• Build advanced RAG pipelines with retrieval architectures, embeddings, reranking, hybrid search, and scalable evaluation frameworks.
• Develop and deploy MCP servers and tool ecosystem integrations for real-world enterprise capability.
• Design evaluation and observability frameworks for non-deterministic systems and measurable AI applications.
