Indicium AI is hiring a Senior FDE to embed in client teams and ship production-grade, agentic AI systems. You will tackle hard technical problems, scope ambiguous work, and drive delivery at pace with a focus on reliability, observability, and measurable business value.

You will explain trade-offs to non-engineers, stay current with AI advances, and collaborate with clients to ensure successful outcomes. Strong hands-on coding and enterprise experience are essential.

Formación

• Evidence of building production AI systems in enterprise environments.
• Experience shipping agentic AI components and evaluating non-deterministic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship production-quality agentic AI systems end to end; agent orchestration, tool-use patterns, RAG and retrieval architectures, and the reliability layer around them
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks and observability for non-deterministic systems
• Raise build quality through testing, output validation, and automating checks
• Earn trust of client-side technical leaders by delivering complex solutions and communicating value
• Stay current with field advances and bring learnings back to the team
• Explain trade-offs to non-engineers and manage expectations honestly
• Improve team processes and contribute reusable assets from client work
• Contribute reusable assets, reference implementations and knowledge back from client work
