Job summary

Tadley Court School is recruiting a Teaching and Learning Support Lead (Primary) to join the education team. You will lead a group of teaching assistants, provide coaching and appraisal, and work with the Phase Lead to embed teaching and learning across an assigned key stage.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with autism is preferred but training will be given.
• Ability to mentor and coach teaching assistants.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of teaching assistants providing support, guidance, mentoring, coaching, supervision and appraisal.
• Support across an assigned key stage in collaboration with the Phase Lead.
• Embed teaching and learning and support pupil behaviour; build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
