Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 CACHE TA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in UK primary schools.
• Proven experience supporting children with SEN.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with engaging lessons and activities.
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEN.
• Support pupils with literacy, numeracy and wider curriculum.
• Foster positive behaviour and inclusivity.
• Assist with classroom preparation and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with SENCOs and support staff.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback.
