A lovely rural village school outside of Daventry is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team full time. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support children socially and academically. They are looking for a Teaching Assistant with previous experience in this role, possessing compassionate and enthusiastic qualities. The role involves providing a mix of one-to-one support, small group support, and whole-class support. This position is five days a week, starting as soon as possible until the end of the academic year.
