As a flexible supply Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards of care and education in various nursery settings across Northamptonshire. Key Responsibilities:

• Providing engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children’s learning and development.
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff.
• Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure children’s safety and well-being.
• Observing and recording children’s progress, sharing insights with the nursery team.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
• Strong and successful Nursery and early years teaching experience
• Comfortable covering lessons across the national UK curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
