Job summary

Simply Education Ltd is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a Reception class in Lincoln to start on 3rd September 2026. The role involves supporting the teacher, working with groups and individuals, and promoting a safe, inclusive learning environment for young children.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Early Years or primary settings and may hold Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualifications. Commitment to safeguarding and strong teamwork are essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and nurturing individual who is passionate about supporting young children during the crucial early stages of their education. You will work closely with the class teacher to create an engaging, safe, and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. The role is to support as a general classroom Teaching Assistant.

The Role

• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
