Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering Early Years learning activities.
• Work with small groups and individuals to develop learning and confidence.
• Encourage children’s social, emotional, and academic development through play-based learning.
• Maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support pupils with varying learning needs to help each child succeed.
• Assist with classroom preparation, observations, and daily routines.
