Job summary

Aspire People are helping a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Lincoln recruit a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from September on an ongoing basis. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils with additional needs reach their potential in a positive, safe and engaging learning environment.

This role offers mentoring and ongoing training from experienced SEN professionals.

Qualifications

  • A caring, patient and positive attitude.
  • Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is desirable.
  • Candidates from education, healthcare, care, support work or similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Role
