Job summary

Simply Education is recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in Lincoln for long-term roles starting September 2026. The roles include 1:1 and small-group support, helping with lesson delivery and interventions, and promoting positive behaviour.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 3 TA qualification, have prior school experience, and demonstrate proactive, adaptable attitudes with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Simply Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a range of schools across the Lincoln area for long-term roles starting in September 2026.

We are working in partnership with local Primary Schools that are seeking skilled TAs to provide high-quality classroom support, helping to create engaging and inclusive learning environments for all pupils.

The Role:

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Helping to plan and deliver targeted interventions
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
• Supporting pupils with additional needs, where required
