Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher with a passion for working with Key Stage 2 students?

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time KS2 Teacher in Honiton, Devon. This role offers flexibility and the chance to focus solely on delivering engaging lessons, with no planning or preparation required - everything will be taken care of by the main class teacher.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Key Stage 2 Teacher:

  • Delivering high-quality, pre-planned lessons to KS2 students, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.
  • Engaging and inspiring students to develop their knowledge and skills through creative and stimulating teaching.
  • Managing the classroom effectively to foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
  • Encouraging and promoting the social, emotional, and personal development of all students.
  • Supporting the main class teacher by maintaining consistency and continuity in the classroom.

The Ideal Key Stage 2 Teacher Has:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2) students.
  • A passionate and creative approach to teaching, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a nurturing and respectful environment.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards working part-time in a collaborative setting.
