Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a Salford school. You will plan engaging lessons, create an inclusive classroom, and monitor pupil progress to inform teaching decisions.

The role offers full-time hours, a daily rate of £140–£190 depending on experience, and the prospect of moving from long-term cover to a permanent position with ongoing CPD and staff wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience teaching in a primary setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptable and positive approach.
• Solid understanding of the primary curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons meeting learners' needs.
• Create a calm, inclusive classroom where children feel safe to learn.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress and inform teaching.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to support every child.
