Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd is recruiting a dedicated Primary Teacher for a long-term role in Salford. The position offers ongoing work with the potential to go permanent and a daily rate of 140–190 depending on experience.

After half term starts, you will join a friendly school community with strong leadership and a focus on staff wellbeing. You will plan and deliver lessons, monitor progress and work with teaching assistants to support every pupil.

Qualifications

• QTS or QTLS with eligibility to teach in the UK.
• Experience delivering engaging primary lessons and adapting to learners' needs.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment.”
• Excellent communication and collaboration with staff, pupils and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons meeting every learner’s needs.
• Create a calm, inclusive classroom where children feel safe to learn.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress and use results to shape teaching.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants to maximise each child’s potential.
