Job summary

St Thomas Becket Catholic School in Northampton invites applications for a role dedicated to strengthening transitions across key stages, and building positive relationships with pupils, families and primary schools to support vulnerable pupils.

Applicants will ensure information sharing is effective and provide early guidance to help pupils settle, engage and thrive within our Catholic ethos and safeguarding framework.
