Job summary

Aspire People are seeking a proactive Primary Teacher to provide PPA cover across KS1 and KS2 in Maghull, Liverpool, from September 2026. This full-time role runs for two terms with competitive pay per day, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate may be an ECT or an experienced teacher, joining a supportive team focused on professional growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching across KS1 & KS2.
• Creative and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to provide two professional references.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2 to cover PPA release time.
• Adapt to different classes and year groups with confidence and flexibility.
• Collaborate with the wider teaching team to ensure continuity of learning.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Support pupils to achieve their personal and academic goals.

Start Date: September 2026

Salary: 140 - 190 per day (Salary dependent on experience)

Aspire People are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teacher to join a welcoming Primary School in Maghull, Liverpool, from September 2026.

This exciting long-term role involves providing PPA cover across KS1 and KS2 on a full-time basis, starting in September for two terms. The school are looking for a confident, creative, and motivated teacher who can deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire pupils and help them achieve their full potential.

The school are open to applications from both ECTs and experienced Primary Teachers, offering a supportive environment where collaboration and professional growth are encouraged.

The role

• Delivering engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2 to cover teacher PPA release time
• Adapting to different classes and year groups with confidence and flexibility
