Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a mainstream primary school in Chorley for the 2026/2027 academic year, starting from October half term on a maternity cover. You will deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, foster a positive learning environment, regularly assess pupil progress, and work with staff and families to support achievement and wellbeing.

Must hold QTS with proven primary teaching experience and strong curriculum knowledge; excellent

Primary Teacher Required - Chorley

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Primary Teacher to join a mainstream primary school in Chorley for the 2026/2027 academic year. This role is a maternity cover position, beginning from October half term and continuing for the remainder of the academic year.

The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher who can inspire pupils, deliver engaging lessons, and contribute positively to school life.

Responsibilities
