Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Darwen is recruiting a Primary Teacher for the 2026/2027 academic year, starting after October half-term to cover a maternity leave. The role is in a mainstream primary setting with Main Pay Scale salary and a full academic year commitment.

Type of Setting: Mainstream Primary School

We are recruiting for a talented and committed Primary Teacher to join a mainstream primary school in Darwen for the 2026/2027 academic year. Beginning after the October half-term break, this role is covering a maternity leave and offers the chance to become an integral member of a welcoming school community.

This opportunity is suitable for experienced teachers and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about delivering outstanding education.
