Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking qualified Primary Supply Teachers to work across Bridlington and surrounding areas. You will deliver engaging lessons, adapt to pupil needs and support a range of year groups in welcoming primary schools.

We offer day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements with flexible working patterns, competitive pay, and ongoing professional development through our local Bridlington consultants.

Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS.

Responsabilidades

• As a Primary Supply Teacher, deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Adapt teaching to meet individual pupil needs and school plans.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support pupils with varied abilities and additional needs.
• Assess pupil progress and provide feedback to pupils and staff.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff and follow safeguarding policies.

The Role

The RoleAs a Primary Supply Teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and creating positive learning environments that enable pupils to thrive.

• Teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons in line with school planning.
• Adapting teaching to meet the needs of individual pupils.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Supporting pupils with a range of abilities and additional needs.
• Assessing pupil progress and providing appropriate feedback.
• Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
• Ensuring safeguarding and school policies are followed at all times.
• Working effectively with Teaching Assistants and other support staff.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• A strong knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• A positive, enthusiastic and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's learning.
• The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
