Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is actively recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work across Nottingham and surrounding areas. You can choose day-to-day supply, short-term, or long-term roles to fit your lifestyle and career goals.

We’re looking for Qualified Teacher Status with experience in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, strong classroom management, and an adaptable approach. DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply is required, with ECTs encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience teaching EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Follow school planning or deliver pre-prepared lessons.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and manage behaviour.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse pupil needs.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Ensure safeguarding and school policies are followed.
• Choose assignments that fit your availability.

The Role
