Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Primary School Teacher to inspire, engage, and support pupils in a nurturing, inclusive environment. Deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum and help children develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

The role requires passion, creativity, and strong communication; eligibility includes Right to Work in the UK, safeguarding DBS, and two references. Prospero Teaching offers CPD and in-house Training and Development Team.

Qualifications

• QTS/QTLS/PGCE/EYTS are desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience working in a UK school.
• Safeguarding training up to date or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all children can thrive.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues to support learning and wellbeing.
• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet needs.
• Contribute to the wider school community and collaborate with staff.

As a Primary School Teacher, you will use your teaching expertise to inspire, engage, and support pupils in achieving their full potential. • QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYTS (Desirable but not a requirement)
• Previous experience working in a UK school
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as training for this can be provided)

To Be Eligible, You Must

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional, child-related references
