TeacherActive Limited in Kidderminster is seeking caring Teaching Assistants to support learning and wellbeing across primary schools. The role involves assisting the class teacher with engaging lessons and providing one-to-one or small-group support to help pupils reach their potential.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons and classroom activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils reach their full potential.
• Assist pupils with their academic, social and emotional development.
• Help maintain a safe, positive and well‑organised classroom.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND, where required.
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence and confidence.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to meet pupils’ individual needs.
