Job summary

Roles are available full-time or part-time with daily pay of £90–£100. Experience in a school setting and CACHE Level 3 Diploma are advantageous, with excellent communication and safeguarding commitment required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, reliability and enthusiasm for supporting pupils.
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils reach their potential.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Help maintain a safe, positive and well-organised classroom.
• Support pupils with SEND where required.
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence and confidence.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet pupils' needs.
