Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is seeking a flexible Supply Primary School Teacher to maintain continuity of learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in Birmingham/Sutton Coldfield. You will deliver planned lessons, manage inclusive classrooms, support SEN, and uphold safeguarding.

This role offers a competitive daily rate and weekly PAYE, with a range of assignments across our partner schools. Ideal candidates hold QTS, DBS update service, strong behaviour management, and a genuine passion for helping

• QTS confirmed employability as a Teacher in England, Scotland & Wales

Role: Supply Primary School Teacher

Rate of pay: £750 – £900 P/W

Location: Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield

About the role

A Primary Supply Teacher plays a key role in maintaining continuity of learning when regular teachers are absent. As part of our bank staff team, you will work flexibly across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, delivering lessons across the full primary curriculum and adapting your approach to suit different pupils, year groups and school environments. You will follow lesson plans where provided, manage positive and inclusive classrooms, support individual needs including SEN, promote positive behaviour and ensure safeguarding at all times. Strong communication, organisation, reliability and adaptability are essential, along with the ability to quickly build positive relationships and make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning and development.
