Job summary

Apple A Day Supply is seeking a flexible Primary Supply Teacher to cover schools across Bath & North East Somerset. The role involves delivering high-quality teaching, maintaining strong behaviour management, and supporting pupils to reach their potential.

Applicants should hold QTS or equivalent, with experience in KS1/KS2, and knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum. A DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one is required, with right to work in the UK.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within the primary age range
• Secure knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum, including core subjects across KS1 and KS2
• Confident practitioner with excellent behaviour management skills
• Experience supporting students with SEND in a primary context
• A flexible, adaptable approach with the ability to think on your feet and respond to the unexpected
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable

• Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Experience working within a range of school settings
• Familiarity with the EYFS Statutory Framework
